Meet Dr. Hoople

Dr. Bob Hoople has worked with athletes with mental performance issues for nearly 10 years. His direct focus and experience are on: Cognitive and Physiological Anxieties and how they affect Confidence and Performance, Mindfulness and Guided Meditation Techniques, Pre-Performance Routines, Cognitive Imagery and Visualization, Self-Talk and Motivational Skills.

Dr. Hoople offers in-person consultations in the Southern Tier, Central New York, Leatherstocking and Catskill regions, and the Capital Region of New York. Virtual consultations are available through Zoom, and travel consultations can be arranged for an additional fee.
